2021 CFB Campaign School
WHO SHOULD COME?
ANYONE interested in learning more about how campaigns work or have ever considered running for elected office. If you’ve ever thought about running for school board, town council, county commissioner, even Congress, this is the place to get started. The school is bipartisan and appropriate for all positions and regions of the state (i.e., This is NOT an agriculture-specific program).
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
The school is open to ALL and has been creating successful candidates for decades. The course is taught by experienced campaign professionals and is based on proven strategies for running and winning electoral campaigns. The program covers media and messaging, organizational management, fundraising, and more. It includes an interactive simulation designed to help participants better understand the types of decisions candidates must make and execute to win.
“The Farm Bureau Campaign School helped me get a handle on running for office. I was hesitant to run, but once I went to the school, I decided it was definitely something I could do to help advocate for my community,”
— Tony Hass, Las Animas County Commissioner
